Calipri Wheel -Accurate, non-contact measurement of railway wheel sets - as fast as never before.
CALIPRI-Wheel was developed for wear inspection of railway wheel sets. It is designed for precise measurement of all safety-relevant wear parameters. The non-contact solution provides far better reproducibility of measurement values than conventional scanning measurement methods - even in the restricted space of a service workshop, under the vehicle.

Calipri-Universal ist das universelle Messgerät für die geometrische Profilmessung unterschiedlichster Anwendungen. Die berührungslose Funktionsweise von Calipri-Universal liefert gegenüber den abtastenden Methoden herkömmlicher Messsysteme deutlich besser reproduzierbare Messwerte. Calipri-Gap is the gauge for precise measuring gap & flush of two adjacent sur faces. The new non-contact solution provides far better reproducibility of measurement values than conventional measurement systems. The hand guided gauge provides multiple views from the gap from various perspectives. This enhances the accuracy significantly compared to other methods.
